The Cape Coral Mayors Scholarship Fund now awards 2 year or 4-year reoccurring scholarship to Cape Coral student recipients!
The reoccurring scholarships are found to have a big impact on students, helping to sustain them over a period of time instead of a one-time award.
A student attending a technical or vocational school program is awarded
2 years of funding - $1000 each year totaling $2000.
A student attending a 4 year college program is awarded $1000 each year totaling $4,000.

The Cape Coral Mayors Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a volunteer, non-profit incorporated citizen's action group represented by 15 board of directors.
All board members are citizens who live and/or work in Cape Coral. The Cape Coral Mayors Scholarship Fund is not a part of Cape Coral city government. During any given year, the Mayor of Cape Coral serves as the honorary chairperson.
In year’s past recipients of the Cape Coral Mayors Scholarship Fund have been awarded a one-time $1,500 scholarship.
Over its last 38 years the organization has awarded over $700,000 in scholarships.
The purpose of this corporation is to raise funds for scholarships available to students whose primary residence is within Cape Coral, Florida who wish to pursue post-secondary education. Association with the mayors of Cape Coral means this scholarship fund designs its program in light of the current needs of the community for workforce development to promote economic development, civic improvement, and grow the city as a great place to live, work, and play.
