What is the Purpose of the Fund?

To raise funds to give scholarships to Cape Coral students interested in furthering their education based on a combination of scholastic achievement and community involvement. Presently, the focus is on graduating high school seniors residing in Cape Coral.

What is the Amount of Scholorships Awarded Each Year?

Beginning in 2020, the scholarship amount will be $1,000 per year, renewable for each year of the student’s academic program

Who Is Eligible For A Scholarship?

Any legal resident of Cape Coral who is a high school senior and not related to a board member on the scholarship committee of the Cape Coral Mayors Scholarship Fund or the Mayor of Cape Coral is eligible to apply. Eligible programs of study include degree or certificate programs from accredited vocational institutes, trade schools, two-year or four-year colleges and universities
